
Vivo has finally officially made the X80 series in China. The new flagship series consists of Vivo X80 and X80 Pro. Both come with a ZEISS-equipped camera, Vivo’s V1 + imaging chip, and support for the flagship MediaTek and Qualcomm chipsets. Let’s take a look at what the new Vivo X80 series brings.

Vivo X80 Pro: Specifications and Features
The Vivo X80 Pro has a new design and features a large circular rear camera hump placed on a rectangular slab at the top. Apart from the classic black, there are bright orange and blue colorways.
Smartphones have the main highlights in the form of cameras. It has a ZEISS T * coating that reduces ghosting and stray light and an ultra-transparent glass lens. X80 Pro 6.78 inch Samsung AMOLED2KE5LTPO display It supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, a peak brightness of 1500 nits, a color depth of 10 bits, and more. The screen shows 15 DisplayMate A + scores. There are two chipset options, the high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and MediaTek Dimensity 9000. Both are paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The smartphone gets its juice from a 4,700mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.There is support for PD fast charging cable for charging other USB Type-C compatible devices.. Run OriginOSOcean based on Android 12. Other details include IP68 water resistance, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, X-axis linear motor, large VC cooling system, and various gaming features (GPU Fusion Super Score, dynamic power saving), among others.

Vivo X80: Specifications and features
The Vivo X80 is a vanilla model, similar to the Pro variant, but with a modified display and camera division and no IP68 rating. There is the same 6.78 inch Samsung E5 AMOLED display, which is curved in this model. The display supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, peak brightness of 1500 bits, a wide color gamut of DCI-P3, and more. It is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. Up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage are available.

The phone has three rear cameras. 50MP main camera with Sony IMX866 RGB sensor (first phone) and OIS, 12MP super wide-angle lens, 12MP portrait lens.. It comes with a 32MP selfie shooter. You can use ZEISS T * coating, enhanced night mode, ZEISS Cinematic Bokeh, ZEISS NaturalColor 2.0 and more.
It is supported by Small 4,500mAh battery It has 80W fast charge and 50W wireless fast charge. There is also a PD cable for charging other phones. Vivo X80 runs OriginOSOcean based on Android 12. Other features include dual stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, an in-display fingerprint sensor, game-focused features, and a VC liquid cooling system.
It also has the same color options as the Vivo X80 Pro.
