
Prior to the launch of Xiaomi’s next Redmi 10 smartphone, the device leaked online in all of its glory. The successor to the Redmi 9 brings a major upgrade, with a quad camera setup and the latest Mediatek Helio processor built-in.
The leak comes from a Singaporean retailer called Courts, who recently posted Redmi 10 on its official website. The retailer quickly deleted the list, but other websites were able to get all the information. Now let’s take a look at the design and specifications of the next Redmi 10 smartphone.

Redmi 10: Design, function, specification (leak)
Looking at the appearance of the leaked image, the Redmi 10 is similar to the Redmi Note 10 series devices launched earlier this year. According to the list, the device measures 162 x 75.3 x 8.95 mm and comes with a polycarbonate chassis.

The Redmi 10 on the front features a 6.5-inch Full HD + display, perhaps an IPS LCD panel, and supports a 90Hz refresh rate. Currently, there isn’t much information about the display, but there’s an 8MP punchhole selfie camera at the top.

Speaking of cameras, the Redmi 10 comes with a huge rectangular camera module and a quad camera setup on the back. This reportedly includes a primary 50MP sensor. This is a major upgrade from the Redmi 9 16MP primary shooter. Besides this, there is also an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and two 2MP sensors for macro shots and portrait shots.

Internally, according to the leak, the device will feature the recently announced MediaTek Helio G88 SoC with an integrated Mali-G52 GPU. Pair with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. In addition, the device comes with MicroSD support for further storage expansion.
In terms of battery, Redmi 10 has a large capacity battery of 5,000mAh 18W fast charge support.. There’s a USB-C port at the bottom for charging and data transfer, and a 3.5mm audio jack at the top.
In addition, the device supports Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, and GPS. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics. The Redmi 10 has three colorways: Pebble White, Sea Blue and Carbon Gray.
Price and stock status
There is no information about the price at this time. Given the fact that Singapore retailers recently leaked information about device availability, Xiaomi can be expected to launch the Redmi 10 in Singapore sooner or later.
