
Following the recent release of the Alpha version of Overwatch 2, Blizzard has announced that it will release a beta version of the game on April 26th. The second iteration of the multiplayer shooter game has new maps, new heroes, and much more. Details are here.
Overwatch 2 beta test starts in April
Blizzard recently announced Overwatch 2 on Twitch’s live stream. After that, I confirmed on Twitter that the Overwatch 2 PVP beta version will be released on April 26th. Beta of Overwatch 2 is currently only available to PC users.. It will soon be available on the console.
The list of new elements in Overwatch 2 includes A new hero called Sojourn (First black female character), New push mode, and 5v5 mode with one tank instead of 6v6 setup with two tanks. In addition to the original Overwatch map, four new maps will be added: Circuit Royal (new escort map), Midtown (new hybrid map), Toronto (new pushmap) and Rome (new pushmap). This second repetition.
The game also includes rework of some heroes (Orisha, Doomfist) [tank]Bastion, Sombra) and a new context-aware ping system for players to communicate better.
Interested parties can choose to play Overwatch 2 Beta, but you need to be aware that your choice is based on regional and hardware specifications. Overwatch 2 system requirements are as follows – a minimum of 6GB of RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 600 series, or AMD Radeon HD 7000 GPUs. If a player is selected, you will receive an invitation by email during April. Players must also have a copy of Overwatch 1 in order to access the first beta version of Overwatch 2.
