Instagram reels can be up to 60 seconds long

After increasing the reel length from 15 seconds to 30 seconds last September, Instagram now allows creators to upload clips up to 60 seconds to the reels. The extension will occur when Instagram publicly acknowledges that it is no longer a photo sharing app.

Create a 60 second reel on Instagram
