Phone makers are pushing the boundaries to the limit in order to develop more advanced fast charging technologies. Last year, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO released a smartphone that supports 120W fast charging. And now, China’s smartphone giant Infinix is developing a concept phone in 2021 that will support 160W fast charging technology.
Infinix Concept Phone 2021
The recently announced Infinix Concept Phone 2021 features several impressive specifications and features, including an 88-degree curved display, triple rear camera, ultra-flash 160W wired fast charging technology and 50W wireless charging support.
Support for 160W fast charging
As you can see, the USP of this concept device is an ultra-fast charging feature that reduces the battery to 0-100% in just 10 minutes. Yeah, you read that right! Infinix introduced this feature in a video. This can be confirmed in the following tweet.

According to the video, the Infinix Concept Phone 2021 will be 0-18% in about 1 minute. So if you want to charge quickly before going anywhere 5 minutes of charging can provide over 50% of battery life.. The internal 4,000mAh battery reaches 100% in about 10 minutes. This is insane.
According to the company, to achieve this feat, it used an 8C battery instead of the traditional 6C battery. Infinix has also integrated its own super charge pump technology that converts the input voltage from the USB-C port into the voltage input to the device’s battery. Super charge pump technology boasts an efficiency of 98.6 percent.
In addition, the device has more than 20 temperature sensors that can maintain less than 40 degrees Celsius during constant use. In the video above, you can see that the device temperature remains at 37.3 degrees Celsius during the 160W fast charge test.
Display, interior, and camera
As another specification, the Infinix Concept Phone 2021 comes with a 6.67 inch full HD + AMOLED panel with a curvature of 88 degrees. Internally, the device features a MediaTek Helio G95 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.
Looking at the optics, there’s a triple camera setup on the back of the device, with the word “Now” in bold and a color-changing design (similar to the OnePlus color-changing concept phone). There is. The camera housed in a huge rectangular camera module 64MP primary lens, 8MP ultra wide sensor, diameter 135mm, 8MP periscope lens with up to 60x zoom.
Price and stock status
Now, when it comes to device pricing and availability, the Infinix Concept Phone 2021 is, as you can see, a concept phone at the moment. As a result, there is no information on price and availability details. In addition, the company may not even be able to bring the device to market. However, Infinix has the potential to integrate 160W fast charging technology into future devices. Still, companies may launch the same device, even if Monica is different.
