I love talking to friends and family. But I can’t answer their phone every time and they may keep calling me until I come to pick them up. If this happens to you too, here’s a simple solution: Use the Answer with Text feature to set up a custom message answer on your iPhone for incoming calls. Let me show you how.
How to customize the “Reply with text” message on iPhone
- Open iPhone Setting..
- Scroll down and tap phone → Reply in text..
- Then tap the field and enter the message you want to send when you decline the call.
Do you get a call? Now you can send these custom messages on your iPhone if you are too busy to answer. It will be sent as an iMessage or regular text message, depending on whether the caller is using an iPhone.
Just tap Message button Approval above → Select Customized text message Created earlier. This saves you the trouble of typing a message when you don’t want to answer the phone.
