Halo Infinite will be released on December 8th of this year. Prior to the game’s launch, the Steam and Microsoft Store lists have been updated to elaborate on system requirements. If you plan to play later this year, check out Halo Infinite’s official system requirements to see if you can run the game on your PC.

Halo Infinite minimum system requirements

Before reaching the recommended requirements, let’s take a look at the minimum system requirements to see if a dilapidated PC in the basement can handle the game.

  • Requires 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 RS3 x64
  • Processor: AMD FX-8370 or Intel i5-4440
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: AMD RX570 or Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti
  • DirectX: version 12
  • Storage: 50GB of available space

Halo Infinite Recommended System Requirements

And now, Halo Infinite’s recommended system requirements to ensure smooth gameplay are:

  • Requires 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 19H2 x64
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel i7-9700k
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Radeon RX 5700 XT or Nvidia RTX 2070
  • DirectX: version 12
  • Storage: 50GB of available space

As you can see from the system requirements, it doesn’t seem that the average PC can make the game successful while providing fun gameplay. I’m also looking at the Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti GPU at the entry point. However, the requirements do not specify the expected FPS or exact resolution for the listed specifications.
