e32022 has been cancelled

The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has officially announced that there will be no E32022 conference this year. The popular Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) video game show was scheduled to take place in June of this year. This is what happened.

E32022 Cancel

This news was announced by Razer PRWill Powers and later confirmed by ESA to IGN. There is no proper explanation for this decision, but the ESA has made it clear that it is preparing for next year and is aiming to take a break for great success next summer. therefore, E32023 has been officially canceled..

The official statement states:We will spend all our energy and resources next summer to provide an activated physical and digital E3 experience. Whether from the showfloor or your favorite device, the 2023 showcase will bring the community, media and industry back in a whole new format and interactive experience.“”

For those who don’t know E3 2022 was previously supposed to be a face-to-face event This is the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic occurred in 2020. However, these plans were later canceled, suggesting that they will be online events, similar to E3 2021. However, E3 is not intended for 2022.

Given the scale of E3’s normal practice, ESA seems to want to execute only physical events. Therefore, it takes time to prepare for the event. Such events were severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, as the organizers had to cancel the event directly online. Many participating companies have also withdrawn from E3 and other large shows and are presenting their products online independently.

We’re still not sure how E3 2023 will work, but we can expect no cancellations at next year’s event. What do you think of the canceled E32022? Please let us know in the comments below.
