Until now, the most talked-about feature of Apple Watch Series 4, “ECG,” was only available in the United States and its respective regions. Thanks to the release of watchOS 7.6, ECG and arrhythmia notification capabilities have been rolled out in more than 30 countries.
Given the importance of this feature, we are tracking the countries where Apple Watch ECG is supported. And that’s why I came up with this constantly updated list of countries where this health function is working. Take a look!

Are you still waiting to get an ECG in your country?
Before the advent of ECG, it was thought that even in countries where it was not available, it could be installed by changing the country or region of the App Store. But it wasn’t. And, above all, the regulatory approval process is preventing it from becoming available everywhere.
Looking at the speed at which Apple launched ECG apps outside the United States, it will soon be embracing more regions. I wish you success!
