After revealing the minimum and recommended system requirements for the title, EA recently disclosed some interesting details about Battlefield 2042. A new map named’Discarded’ This map is based on a town in the Bhavnagar district of Gujarat in India. Oh yeah, there is a dedicated map based on the Indian setting for the next title of EA.
The company has released a trailer for Battlefield 2042, showing all the maps in the game, including the discarded maps. Introducing a place called “Alan” in the Bhavnagar district of Gujarat.

The first shot of the trailer provides a bird’s eye view of the location. The map stretches along the coastline where huge ships are stuck. Developer’s point of view
Following the publication of the destroyed map IGN India I contacted Dice to learn more about the developer’s thinking process behind Battlefield 2042’s India-based map. Therefore, according to lead-level designer Shashank Uchil, the company has long sought to create India-based maps.
